Q: What is your standard scrap factor?

A: The industry standard scrap factors required above your total purchase order quantity are as follows:

  • Primary packaging-3% to 5%
  • Secondary packaging-3% to 5%
  • Inserts and collatorals-3% to 5%
  • Labels-10% to 15%

Q: Can you provide warehousing services?

A: We will gladly warehouse components for any existing purchase order. Our standard procedure is to return all unused components, packaging, labels, etc., to you upon completion of your purchase order.

Q: What types of testing do you provide?

A: Our in house testing includes:

  • Stability testing
  • Compatibility testing
  • Drop testing where applicable
  • Transit testing is provided upon request

We contract outside laboratories for the following:

  • Clinical studies
  • Microbiological testing
  • Preservative efficacy testing (PET)
  • Repeated insult patch testing (RIPT)
  • Invitro testing
  • Invivo testing

Q: Do you develop and manufacture all products on site?

A: Yes, we have our own in house liquids and powder laboratories for product development, and we have our own production and warehousing facilities where all products are manufactured on site.

Q: Do you test on animals?

A: No we do not.

Q: How can I obtain pricing for my products?

A: Price quotations are provided after the research and developmental phase has been completed, and the bill of materials has been finalized.

Q: Do you provide freight/transportation for my products?

A: No, we do not. You are responsible for the cost of freight to your desired location.

Q: What is your manufacturing lead-time?

A: Non-turn key is six to eight weeks from the date your Purchase Order is acknowledged. For turn-key lead times, please contact one of our sales executives. Assembly only is 2 to 3 weeks from the receipt of all necessary labels, packaging and components.

Q: What is your standard lead-time for product submissions from Research and Development?

A: Our standard lead-time is two to three weeks from the receipt of your project.

Q: What is your minimum order quantity? (MOQ)

A: Our standard MOQ for non-turn-key manufacturing is 3,000 units, per shade, per product. Our MOQ for bulk only is 25 kilo/50 pounds per shade, per product. If you are interested in turn-key and/or assembly services only, please contact one of our sales executives, as these minimums vary.
